Back in May 2016, we were appointed as Claudia Fallah’s digital agency supporting the celebrity aesthetician with SEO, digital profile growth, social media and content strategy.
Claudia Fallah Cosmeceuticalsicals is high-end luxury skincare brand. The products within the range are produced in London and are hypoallergenic, organic and paraben free. The products are suitable for all skin types in particular sensitive or traumatised skin. Products can be found at pharmacies and retailers like Amazon.
We’ve been working with Claudia Fallah to improve content quality and consistency while driving growth and engagement through social media. We produced content that represented the brand personality and tells the story of the products.
We utilised new hashtags for campaign building to grow the community and ran a successful campaign called #ConsultClaudia to celebrate Claudia Fallah Cosmeceuticals 17th Birthday. The community was invited to send in their skin concerns and Claudia would give a free online consultation. This free service increased engagement and promoted new sales.
The products within the line are not tested on animals and are completely vegan. Veganism is a huge market that continues to grow. We tapped into this market by using #VeganBeauty #Vegan #Vegansofinstagram – which resulted in an increase of followers and engagement with this target audience.
