Digital Marketing Lead

This is a new role in the agency. One we’re looking to fill quickly, someone who can hit the ground running. But it’s important that you’re the right person. 

You will have 3 years minimum digital agency experience in organic social media, community management and community growth. A genuine social media native – Instagram innovator, Facebook fanatic, Twitter trailblazer, LinkedIn luminary amongst other things.

You will have love for digital conversion funnels, and maniacal about metrics, this role is driving by analysing our exceptional conversion funnel tool and think strategically to brief and drive your delivery team.

You’ll be part of our growing team of 8 Lively experts that make magical moments and connections with everything they create. Working and collaborating with a lively bunch of designers, animators, video editors, producers, copywriters and creative directors to make your own magic.

This role is client facing and responsible for owning and reporting on clients digital conversion funnels on weekly/bi-weekly basis. You will lead and own the funnel using our incredible tracking tool and strategically brief the delivery team on assets you need created to drive deep and manful conversions for our clients.

 

We’re relying on you to….
Have an deep understanding of the social media platforms and paid platforms. With proven experience in:

growing organic social communities, sprout social and similar platforms.

Managing communities for global and start up brands

Broad understanding of the channels that feed the top of the funnel.
Website conversion tactics and strategy.
Email nurturing to convert and develop advocates.

 

You’ll be great at…

Sifting through the detailed data as well as understanding bigger trends 

Using this insight to grow and develop our clients’ digital communities and funnel. 

Interacting and engaging with social media audiences as each brand needs.
